This list below represents Brands which can be selected by Market Members when trading under SIOTA.

Where used in a Transaction the following terms shall have the definitions set out below.

Individual Brand

"BRBF" means iron ore fines of Brazil origin produced by Vale and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Brazilian Blend Fines’ or ‘BRBF’.
"FB" means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by Fortescue Metals Group and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Fortescue Blend”
"HIY" means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by Rio Tinto and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘HIY Fines’.
"IOCJ" means iron ore fines of Brazil origin produced by Vale and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Carajas Fines’ or ’IOCJ’.
"JMBF" means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by BHP Billiton and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Jimblebar Fine Ore’ or ‘JMBF’.
“MACF” means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by BHP Billiton and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘MAC Fine Ore’ or ‘MACF’ or ‘MAC fines’ or ‘MACTM fines’.
“NBL” means iron ore lump of Australian origin produced by BHP Billiton and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Newman Blend Lump Ore' or ‘NBL’ or ‘Newman lump'
“NF” means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by BHP Billiton and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Newman High Grade Fine Ore’ or ‘NHGF’ or ‘Newman fines’.
“PBF” means blended iron ore fines of Australian origin from Rio Tinto managed mines and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Pilbara Blend Fines’ or ‘PB Fines’.
“PBL” means blended iron ore lump of Australian origin from Rio Tinto managed mines and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Pilbara Blend Lump’ or ‘PB Lump’
“RVF” means blended fine iron ore from mines which are operated by Rio Tinto on behalf of the Robe River joint venture from areas in or in the vicinity of the Robe Valley in the Pilbara Region, in the State of Western Australia, which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as 'Robe Valley Fines'.
“SSF” means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by Fortescue Metals Group and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Super Special Fines’.
“SSFG” means iron ore fines of Brazil origin produced by Vale and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Standard Sinter Feed Guaiba’ or ’SSFG’.
“SSFT” means iron ore fines of Brazil origin produced by Vale and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘Standard Sinter Feed Tubarao’ or ’SSFT’.
“YF” means iron ore fines of Australian origin produced by BHP Billiton and which would generally be identified by participants throughout the seaborne iron ore market at the time when the Transaction is agreed as ‘BHP Yandi Fines’.

Combination of Brands

“MNP” means at Seller’s option any one of “MACF”, “NF”, or “PBF”, as defined above.
“NPL” means at Seller’s option any one of “NBL”, or “PBL”, as defined above.

For the avoidance of doubt, a transaction for MNP or NPL will only be for the sale of one brand to be nominated by the Seller.
